T45 Pastry Flour 1kg and Baking Powder 10g x 5

Our T45 pastry four 1kg and Baking Powder 10g x 5 combination is perfect for home chefs to create fine baked goods, especially Danish pastries and cakes.

T45 flour, also known as type 45 pastry flour, is a highly versatile all-purpose flour crafted from finely ground soft wheat varieties.

T45 refers to the amount of mineral content left after burning the flour. T45 has 0.45% mineral content, which signifies the level of refinement and low ash content. It is similar to 00 flour for pasta and pizza dough.

Caroline’s T45 flour has a refined texture, producing lighter, softer baked goods with a more delicate finish. This fine, white flour is ideal for baking cakes, making shortcrust pastry, profiteroles or fluffy pancakes.

Whether you’re whipping up a sweet treat or preparing a savoury pastry, this pastry flour is an essential ingredient for achieving professional-quality baking in your kitchen.

Also including baking powder, a raising agent, and essential ingredient for baked goods, our baking bundle is a must-have for pastry chefs looking to achieve professional results from home.
