Albert Ménès Mirabelle Plum Jam 280g

The historic region of Lorraine, in northeast France, is known for its mirabelles: small, golden, juicy summer plums. This jam by Albert Ménès is made with 100% certified mirabelles de Lorraine, hand-pitted and cooked in a traditional copper cauldron.

Mix mirabelle jam through yoghurt for a satisfying breakfast or spread it thickly on baguette or brioche. Passionate bakers will find plenty of uses for it, too. Why not add it to an authentic tarte aux mirabelles, for a real taste of France? Add a thin layer at the bottom before cooking, or brush it on the fresh mirabelles afterwards for extra shine and flavour.

Founded in Landerneau, Brittany, in 1921, Maison Albert Ménès brings the finest French delicacies to discerning home cooks and bakers all over the world. Their jams, jellies and preserves are made from fresh hand-picked French fruit, prepared in traditional copper cauldrons to the best local recipes.
